Troubleshoot and resolve issues with collaboration platforms, device management, and endpoint security: resolving issues related to Microsoft 365 services. . Create and maintain technical documentation, including configurations, processes, and best practices. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. . Implement security policies, including conditional access, data loss prevention (DLP), and mobile device management (MDM). . Implement and manage security and compliance policies for Microsoft 365. . Migrate on-premises workloads to Microsoft 365. . Assist with any licensing discussions that include Microsoft 365, Power Automate, or Azure. . You’re great at…. . Creating automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Power Automate and related tools, handling technical aspects of project delivery. . Optimizing configurations for performance, compliance, and user experience. . Resolving client conflicts and/or escalated issues while maintaining composure in a stressful situation. . Learning new concepts quickly and thoroughly. . Providing thought leadership in both system integration and application development. . Staying up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Endpoint Manager technologies and best practices, learning new concepts quickly and thoroughly. . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). . 3+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies. . Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive. . Proven experience migrating from Google and Slack platforms. . Experience with Azure Active Directory and identity management, with proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation. . Microsoft 365 certifications such as MS-500, MD-100, MD-101 (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Workplace Administrator Associate) are a plus. . Deep understanding of business process analysis, optimization, and automation principles. . Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. . Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. . Strong client-facing skills, empathy, and ability to guide clients through challenging problems. .
