Lead and scale a high-performing team of project and program managers, while fostering a culture of ownership and growth.. . Demonstrated success in leading teams of 50+ including senior managers and cross-functional contributors.. . Strategic operator with a strong grasp of delivery metrics, financial KPIs, and client satisfaction levers.. .
