Take ownership of engineering quality and ensure adherence to coding standards, testing, and documentation. . . Review code, mentor junior engineers, and facilitate a culture of continuous learning and improvement. . . Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability, ensuring high system uptime. . . Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to continuously improve team efficiency and software quality. . . Ensure cloud infrastructure is secure, cost-optimized, and aligned with best DevOps practices. . . Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business needs and customer feedback. . . Maintain regular reporting on team performance, deliverables, and operational metrics. . . Required Skills & Qualifications:. . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. . . . 10+ years of overall experience. in fullstack development, with at least 3+ years in a managerial or technical leadership role. . .
