We are seeking an experienced . Internal Talent Sourcer . to join our growing South African Recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the front end of recruitment, thrives on high-volume outreach, and is highly skilled at identifying, engaging, and qualifying talent in a fast-paced environment.. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a consistent flow of qualified candidates to our Internal Recruiters across various roles.. *** This is not a commission paying role ***. *** Working Hours:.  Mon – Thur: 10am - 7pm and Fri: 9am - 6pm SA time (. These working hours are subject to change depending on the operational requirements.) ***. PLEASE NOTE:. Work Environment:.  . This is a fully remote working role.. You will be required to . work.  on both South African and US . public holidays.  (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA).. Internet Requirements:.  A . fixed fibre line.  with a minimum speed of . 25 Mbps (upload & download).  and the ability to support a . wired Ethernet connection.  is mandatory. . Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.. Key Responsibilities. Proactively source candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, LinkedIn, and Boolean searches . Conduct high-volume outbound calls, messages, and follow-ups to engage potential candidates . Perform initial telephonic screenings to assess availability, interest, experience, and basic suitability . Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs . Accurately capture and update candidate information on Workable (ATS) . Shortlist and hand over qualified candidates to Internal Recruiters . Meet sourcing activity targets (calls, outreach, pipeline volume) . Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience at all times . Provide regular sourcing activity and pipeline updates to the recruitment team. Proven experience in a sourcing or recruitment support role (internal or agency) . Experience sourcing for BPO, call centre, or high-volume environments is strongly preferred . Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and candidate engagement . Strong sourcing skills, including database and Boolean search experience . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Highly organised with strong attention to detail .
