RESPONSIBILITIES:. Lead end-to-end delivery of data migration and analytics projects across . Talend. and . Databricks. ecosystems. . Manage a hybrid team of . data engineers, modelers, architects, and data quality/security specialists. across global locations. . Oversee . project planning, execution, and governance. , ensuring milestones and SLAs are met. . Partner with business and technology stakeholders for . requirement alignment, risk management, and delivery assurance. . . Drive implementation of . data pipelines. for ingestion, enrichment, and integration, managing data layers, load strategies, ETL performance, and data security. . Ensure robust . data quality, masking, auditing. , and compliance controls are in place. . Produce clear . project documentation, communication plans, and reporting. for leadership visibility.. 7+ years of experience in . project management. with exposure to . data engineering and cloud ecosystems (AWS / Azure / GCP). . .
