Key Responsibilities. . Source and engage potential candidates through platforms like job boards, social media, and networking.. . Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for open positions.. . Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.. . Maintain accurate records of candidates and their progress in our applicant tracking system.. . Provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process by communicating in Danish.. . Collaborate with the recruitment team to contribute to talent acquisition and sourcing strategies.. . Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial..
