Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries (phone, email, web leads) . Guide prospective clients and families through the intake process from initial inquiry to onboarding . Collect and verify client information, insurance details, and required documentation . Coordinate assessments and intake appointments with clinical teams . Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., CentralReach, Monday.com) . Sales & Conversion. Respond promptly to new leads and conduct follow-ups via phone and email . Build rapport with families and clearly communicate service offerings . Educate prospective clients on ABA therapy and company services . Convert inquiries into active clients by effectively addressing objections and concerns . Track lead progress and conversion metrics. 2+ years experience in intake coordination, admissions, or sales (preferably in healthcare or ABA) . Strong sales ability with a proven track record of converting leads . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Experience working with CRMs (e.g., CentralReach, Salesforce, Monday.com) . Knowledge of ABA therapy and insurance processes (preferred) . Highly organized with strong attention to detail . Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
