Manage CRM data hygiene and lead pipeline optimization to support accurate sales forecasting. . Develop and execute SDR outreach workflows and automation strategies using tools like Outreach.io. . Implement and maintain integrations across sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Lusha, Gong). . Prepare and present Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with insights from BI tools. . Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership stakeholders to align strategies and goals. . Drive cross-functional sales initiatives with clear project plans and structured rollouts. . Provide analytical support to SDR teams and recommend improvements based on performance metrics. . . Strong proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce), SQL, and BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI. . Experience with sales enablement and intelligence tools such as Outreach.io, Gong, PitchBook, and Crunchbase. . Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strategic mindset for sales operations and business performance. . Understanding of cross-department functions including marketing, customer success, finance, and sales. . Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, automate workflows, and integrate systems. . Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of translating insights into action. . At least 2–3 tool implementation projects successfully delivered. .
