Bilingual HR Manager. to oversee core human resources operations and support the development of efficient HR processes across the organization. This role requires a professional who can manage HR administration end-to-end while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism expected in a Family Office environment.. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — while ensuring that all HR processes are structured, compliant, and aligned with internal policies.. Key Responsibilities. Manage the . full employee lifecycle. , including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding processes. . Prepare, review, and maintain . employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation. in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. . Coordinate and oversee the . onboarding process. for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the organization. . Manage . employee records and HR databases. , ensuring accurate and confidential documentation. . Support and administer the . performance review process. , including scheduling, documentation, and communication with managers. . Assist leadership with . HR policies, procedures, and internal HR initiatives. . . Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding . HR-related matters. , policies, and procedures. . Ensure proper . offboarding procedures. , including documentation, system updates, and exit coordination. . Support HR reporting and maintain HR documentation standards. . Contribute to maintaining a professional, supportive, and structured workplace environment. . Requirements. Proven experience in . Human Resources, HR Operations, or HR Management. . . Strong understanding of . HR processes across the employee lifecycle. (contracts, onboarding, offboarding, performance management). . . Fluent Russian language skills are required. ; professional English proficiency is also necessary. . Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail. . Ability to handle . confidential information with discretion and professionalism. . . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. .
