Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding gaming services and esports competitions.. . Assist users with account management, game downloads, and troubleshooting issues.. . Provide game-related information, updates on events, and guidance on participating in esports tournaments.. . Document customer interactions accurately to ensure quality service and feedback loops.. . Work closely with product and development teams to relay customer feedback and improve offerings.. . Stay up-to-date with the latest gaming trends, new releases, and community news.. . Encourage community engagement and foster a positive environment for gamers.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required.. . Experience in customer support, particularly within the gaming or esports sectors, is highly preferred.. .
