Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team, providing regular feedback and career growth support.. . Stay hands-on with technical work, including code reviews, design discussions, and occasional coding to unblock complex projects.. . Ensure engineering excellence through strong practices in testing, monitoring, and security, aligned with risk and compliance standards.. . Oversee incident response and operational support, including participation in on-call rotations and post-incident reviews to enhance system reliability.. . Collaborate with product and business teams to define roadmaps, break down projects into actionable deliverables, and align engineering priorities with strategic goals.. . Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal security policies, integrating these standards into all engineering practices.. . . . 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3–5 years in technical leadership or engineering management roles.. . Proven hands-on development experience, ideally with Node.js/TypeScript and familiarity with functional programming patterns.. . Strong experience with cloud-native systems (Microsoft Azure preferred; AWS or GCP also valuable), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps/SRE practices.. . Background in fintech, banking, or other highly regulated industries, with knowledge of security, risk, and compliance requirements.. . Familiarity with AI/ML technologies applicable to financial services is a plus.. . Deep understanding of scalable system design, monitoring, and incident response in production environments.. .
