In this role, you will provide specialized technical support for advanced distribution management systems (DMS) and outage management systems (OMS), ensuring smooth operation and high availability of critical electrical grid software. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intermediate to advanced technical issues. Your expertise in modeling electrical devices and analyzing system behavior will be central to maintaining reliability and performance. Accountabilities. Install, configure, and maintain ADMS S3 Core, DMS, and related products.. Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues reported by clients, ensuring timely resolution.. Model various electrical devices and simulate scenarios to support operational decision-making.. Use a range of diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methods to identify and solve intermediate to advanced problems.. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and support teams to provide technical guidance and best practices.. Document solutions, maintain records of issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.. . Proven experience supporting ADMS, DMS, OMS, or related electrical grid management software.. Strong understanding of electrical systems and device modeling.. Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues using a variety of tools and methodologies.. Ability to diagnose and resolve intermediate to advanced system problems efficiently..
