This role requires a strong technical foundation in cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable, scalable solutions. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, contributing to both technical delivery and pre-sales consulting activities.. Accountabilities:. Act as the technical lead during the sales process, collaborating with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities.. Engage with customers to assess current systems and design tailored cloud-based data and analytics solutions.. Create and deliver detailed proposals including technical guidance, cost estimates, and implementation timelines.. Stay up to date on cloud services and features, communicating their value to customers effectively.. Serve as a technical consultant to customers, guiding them through cloud adoption and transformation.. Provide guidance and mentorship to other members of the solutions team on cloud architecture and analytics topics.. Participate in architectural design discussions to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and deployable in the cloud.. 5–10+ years in a delivery or pre-sales role at a cloud consulting or managed services provider.. Strong experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud architecture.. BS degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field; MS degree preferred.. 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, database, applications, and networking architecture.. Experience in technical consulting, pre-sales, or customer-facing roles.. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.. Willingness to travel approximately 70% within the U.S. for customer meetings, HQ visits, and events..
