Strategic Reporting Manager (WFH) at Staff4Me. We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented . Strategic Reporting Manager . to lead our reporting operations and manage our data team. This is a senior-level role critical to driving data-informed decision-making across the company. You will lead cross-functional data initiatives, maintain executive dashboards, and ensure the accuracy and strategic value of all business intelligence reporting.. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong communication skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to manage both data and people with clarity and confidence.. Key Responsibilities . 1. Executive Reporting and Strategic Analysis . • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages for senior executives . • Deliver real-time data updates and insights that support timely business decisions . • Design dashboards using Power BI and Excel that align with company KPIs and strategic goals . • Translate complex data into clear, actionable summaries for leadership. 2. Cross-Departmental Collaboration. • Act as the primary liaison between the Data Team and departments such as Sales Operations, Leads, and Strategic Marketing • Lead twice-weekly alignment meetings to ensure reporting needs and timelines are met . • Understand operational nuances and marketing performance to support strategic planning . • Establish data governance protocols that promote consistency across all agency reports . 3. . Performance and Operational Dashboards. • Build and manage dashboards to monitor KPIs and team metrics . • Deliver timely and relevant ad hoc reports based on leadership requests . • Automate data refresh processes and ensure seamless data distribution . • Maintain high standards of clarity, accuracy, and visual effectiveness across reports . 4. Data Integrity and Quality Assurance. • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of all reports . • Address discrepancies and reporting errors before they reach executive review Implement documentation protocols for version control and data compliance . • Create and enforce data quality standards and monitoring systems. . 5.Team Structure . • Directly manage a data team of 5 to 10 analysts and specialists . • Collaborate regularly with director-level stakeholders and C-suite executives . • Work closely with the Sales Operations, Strategic Marketing, and Leads teams. Required Experience . o Minimum of 5 years in a data leadership or reporting management role. o Proven experience managing data teams and presenting to executive leadership . o Advanced Power BI skills including DAX, modeling, and dashboard design . o Strong SQL capabilities including joins, stored procedures, and query optimization. o Proficiency in Excel including Power Query, pivot tables, and advanced formulas . o Background in performance analytics, KPI reporting, and dashboard implementation . o Experience setting up and managing data governance frameworks . • Preferred Qualifications . o Experience managing remote teams and using tools such as Slack and Asana. o Familiarity with people analytics, sales dashboards, or cross-functional data projects . o Understanding of data compliance and privacy regulations . o Experience with advanced analytics using Python, R, or other scripting tools o Background in high-growth or fast-paced agency environments. Non-Negotiables . o Must have experience leading a team of 5 or more data professionals. o Must demonstrate the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations . o Must possess strong Power BI visualization and structured report development skills . o Must be confident in identifying reporting gaps and proposing process improvements. •.
