Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the automotive industry. . Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat. . Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. . Maintain comprehensive knowledge of automotive products and services. . Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system. . Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience. . Perform administrative tasks related to customer service operations. . . Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. . Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Ability to problem-solve and handle difficult situations with professionalism. . Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms. .
