EA to the CEO - AI, Ops & CEO Leverage Partner at Expedite Commerce. We're hiring a high-performance Executive Assistant to serve as the CEO’s leverage partner across multiple fast-growing, U.S.-based SaaS ventures — including Expedite Commerce and Re:them.. This isn’t a traditional EA role. You’ll work at the center of AI experimentation, customer research coordination, internal organization, and external visibility. Your job is to keep the CEO focused, informed, and friction-free — using your judgment, speed, and tools (especially AI) to multiply their time and impact.. Key Responsibilities. Calendar, Inbox & Communication Support. . Manage calendar proactively with clear priorities. . Process and filter CEO inbox daily — draft replies, flag critical issues, clear distractions. . Write, edit, and polish internal and external messages with CEO’s voice in mind. . . AI-Powered Research & Task Execution. . Use ChatGPT, Notion AI, Perplexity, or similar tools to:. . Research people, companies, topics. . Create executive summaries and smart briefs. . Generate content outlines, posts, or talking points. . Help build reusable AI prompts and lightweight playbooks. . . Ops & Enablement Support. . Help build decks, talking point outlines, or internal updates. . Track delegated tasks and follow-ups via Notion, Salesforce, Jira or other task boards. . Maintain clean checklists, templates, or documentation to support recurring CEO workflows. . . Voice of the Customer (VoC) Coordination. . Manage outreach to customers, partners, or target users for interviews. . Schedule calls, track completion, send follow-ups. . Help summarize insights or tag recordings. . Support lightweight testing using tools like UserTesting. . Salesforce & Reporting Support. . Build and maintain basic Salesforce reports and dashboards. . Extract data for CEO prep, reviews, or presentations. . Verify that reports are accurate, clear, and current. . . Brand Visibility & Social Coordination. . Schedule and coordinate podcasts, speaking slots, and media moments. . Draft LinkedIn posts or email announcements. . Organize prep materials and bios for external appearances. . . What Success Looks Like. . CEO’s time is focused on highest-leverage work. . Inbox is clear, calendar is strategic, tasks don’t get dropped. . AI tools are actively used to save time, increase quality, and speed up thinking. . Customer interviews and VoC workflows happen seamlessly. . Presentations and reports are clean, polished, and ready ahead of time. . . . 3+ years supporting senior executives (remote or U.S.-based ideal). . Strong written English and professional communication skills. . Fluent with productivity tools (Notion, Jira, Salesforce, Google Workspace, etc.). . Comfortable with AI tools and eager to experiment and optimize. . Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce (report-level access). . Highly self-directed, discreet, organized, and fast-moving. .
