Deliver outstanding customer service in Croatian via phone, email, and chat regarding logistics and courier services. . Assist customers with inquiries about shipment status, delivery schedules, and service options. . Process and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and issue resolution. . Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve service quality. . Stay informed about logistics trends and service updates to provide knowledgeable assistance. . . Fluency in Croatian and English, with strong communication skills. . Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. . Previous experience in customer service, particularly in logistics or courier services, is preferred. . Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment. . Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. . Genuine interest in logistics and transportation services. . Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus. .
