Simultaneously managing project scope, tasks, schedule, and cost to ensure successful project delivery. . Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear project objectives, with a strong understanding of change management. . Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and business analysts, to ensure cohesive project execution, helping to expand scope of work and increase business. . Identifying and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive management of potential issues. . Prioritizing tasks and communicating commitments with clients & team members. . Working in a highly collaborative team environment. . . Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus. . 7+ years of D365 F&O implementation experience. . 8+ years of managing large ERP/CRM software projects and development teams. . Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale D365 F&O projects from initiation to completion. . Experience with different SDLC project methodologies (such as agile and waterfall). . Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. . Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. . Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. . Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. . Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment. . Company Location: United States.
