As a Manager, Software Engineering, you will:. ·         Take end-to-end ownership of team projects, ensuring alignment with product goals and delivery standards.. ·         Mentor, coach, and guide engineers within your team, fostering growth, accountability, and technical excellence.. ·         Collaborate with recruiting to attract top engineering talent and support interview, screening, and lead-generation activities.. ·         Make major design and architecture decisions, ensuring best practices for software development and system performance.. ·         Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to provide clarity on technical direction.. ·         Support agile practices and iterative development while balancing speed and high-quality product standards.. ·         Occasionally contribute hands-on coding, code reviews, and technical problem-solving when needed.. To succeed in this role, you should have:. ·         3+ years of experience managing small to medium software development teams in an agile environment.. ·         8+ years of experience in senior engineering roles, including designing APIs, abstractions, and developer-facing tools.. ·         Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft .NET technology stack (C# / .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs) and SQL databases.. ·         Experience with front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and familiarity with TypeScript and React.. ·         Strong understanding of distributed architecture best practices and software performance monitoring.. ·         Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical writing skills.. ·         B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.. ·         Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical guidance as required..
