You will lead strategic engagements that modernize operating models, re-engineer processes, accelerate digital adoption, and introduce AI-enabled ways of working across enterprise functions.. You will work closely with our engineering organization (800+ AI, data, cloud, and software experts) to ensure strategies turn into measurable outcomes and real implementation.. This is a builder role: part strategy, part delivery, part leadership — ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, drives clarity, and has a strong point of view on how companies should transform in a world shaped by AI and rapid technological change.. Key Responsibilities. 1. Build and Evolve the Transformation Offering. Define the consulting portfolio for the Transformation Practice (Operating Model Evolution, Digital Roadmapping, Automation Strategy, AI‑enabled Process Redesign, Change Enablement).. Create . methodologies, frameworks, playbooks, templates, and assessment tools. .. Develop repeatable transformation narratives, value cases, and delivery blueprints.. 2. Lead Strategic Transformation Projects. Own end-to-end delivery of high‑impact transformation engagements.. Conduct discovery, assess business processes, analyze maturity gaps, and design future‑state operating models.. Build transformation roadmaps covering technology, people, governance, and execution.. Structure MVPs and pilot programs that validate and scale change.. Work cross‑functionally with AI, data, and engineering teams to bring strategies to life.. 3. Drive Commercial Growth & Client Success. Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities and co-create proposals.. Lead workshops, C‑level conversations, diagnostic sessions, and visioning exercises.. Translate business priorities into actionable transformation initiatives that win projects and deepen client relationships.. 4. Build & Develop a High‑Performing Team. Support recruitment of strategists and consultants.. Mentor and develop junior profiles.. Create a culture of excellence, feedback, ownership, and client-first thinking.. Ensure the team scales with strong methodological pillars and delivery consistency.. 5. Connect Strategy with Technology & Execution. Serve as the bridge between business transformation and Plain Concepts’ technical capabilities.. Integrate AI, data, cloud, and digital platforms into transformation initiatives.. Ensure transformation roadmaps are actionable and implementation-ready.. Collaborate closely with Engineering, AI, and Product leads to design executable solutions.. Experience:. 8+ years of experience in consulting, start- or grown-up, venture building with focus product development, management and strategy.. Proven track record in delivering complex projects and leading client engagements.. Generalist with a strong foundation in product management, go-to-market strategies.. Skills & Expertise:. Excellent methodological knowledge; capable of creating and improving frameworks.. Strong understanding of consulting environments and client dynamics.. Technical literacy to engage in tech-driven projects (AI, automation, etc.).. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.. Proficient in business development and crafting tailored client solutions.. Fluent in English, optimally strong in German and / or Spanish. . Characteristics:.
