Whether your specialty is trauma, health psychology, neuropsych, psychodiagnostics, or general practice, we welcome your expertise and perspective.. What You’ll Do:. . Conduct remote psychotherapy sessions with individuals, couples, or families. . Perform psychological assessments and evaluations as applicable. . Develop and implement customized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities. . Maintain timely and thorough documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards. . Collaborate with peers in clinical consultation or optional team huddles. . Option to supervise pre-licensed therapists or facilitate group therapy (if desired). . Serve a diverse, often underserved population using a culturally competent lens. . . Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (PsyD or PhD). . Active California license (PSYD) in good standing. . Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience preferred . . Comfort with telehealth platforms (e.g., SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Zoom). . Strong clinical judgment, cultural humility, and a client-centered mindset. . Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, trauma-informed care, or integrative approaches. . Company Location: United States.
