Accounting Project Manager at VTS Global. We are looking for a detail-oriented and systems-savvy Accounting Project Manager to spearhead the setup of our accounting and inventory processes in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to early-stage or evolving business systems.. This role is initially focused on a single-entity business. After a successful initial setup, there is potential for continued project work across other business units, focusing on process cleanup & optimization, documentation, and support for future ERP adoption.. Responsibilities. . Configure and implement Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory for a US company. . Support data cleanup and accurate record structuring for long-term scalability. . Clean up legacy data and ensure accuracy and consistency across all records. . Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing accounting processes and propose streamlined alternatives. . Create clear documentation and SOPs for all configurations and workflows. . Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance) to align tools with practical business needs. . Assist with additional cleanup or optimization projects as business priorities evolve. . Qualifications. . Experience setting up Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.. . Strong understanding of U.S. accounting standards and compliance practices (GAAP preferred). . Experience cleaning and organizing financial data for clarity, reporting, and system migration. . Ability to work independently on clearly scoped projects. . Bonus: Familiarity with Odoo is a plus. . Company Location: Philippines.
