The new venture is revolutionizing how financial advisors process information to deliver proactive, personalized guidance at scale. Targeting small to mid-sized wealth management firms, our solution enables advisors to deliver better client experiences, boost retention, and accelerate AUM.. Wealth management is approaching a critical inflection point with $70T intergenerational wealth transfer underway and a projected shortage of 100,000+ advisors by 2034. Today’s advisors are overwhelmed by fragmented tools, nonstop headlines, and the pressure to deliver high-touch service across hundreds of clients. Weli acts as a second brain for advisors — surfacing insights, anticipating client needs, and streamlining engagement.. We are aiming to launch in Q3 2025.. Work has already begun in the studio. The idea has been validated through customer interviews, and pilot conversations are in motion.. As Founding CTO, you will:. . Own the technical vision — Lead product architecture and AI strategy, especially in how we leverage LLMs, agentic workflows, and real-time financial data to support advisors. . Build the product — Work with FutureSight’s product/engineering pod to launch V1 by August 2025. . Run Pilots — Land lighthouse customers, iterate pricing/positioning, andvalidate retention + expansion. . Ensure compliance & security — Embed SOC2-readiness and privacy best practices into technical design. . Scale the tech stack — Design a secure, scalable, and extensible backend architecture ready for multi-tenant deployment and financial compliance.. . Raise capital — Support the seed round with a strong product narrative and traction. . Build your team — Hire and lead the engineering org as the company grows. . . About FutureSight.
