A - AR Accountant (IB) at Global Finance Teams. Seeking additional support to handle Accounts Receivable collection activities. The work involves researching outstanding items and developing a clear understanding of the underlying contract history. This will require reviewing customer-support ticketing systems, service documentation, and email correspondence to determine whether contractual terms were met, amended, or disputed. When an item is confirmed as collectible, we will need a clear draft communication prepared for customer outreach..  . We are seeking a candidate with the following abilities:. Ability to interpret and apply contract terms. Strong analytical skills to review service tickets and email chains and determine whether original terms were modified. Ability to document disposition accurately (collectible, credit memo required, write-off recommended, further clarification needed, etc.). Ability to draft concise, professional customer-facing emails. High attention to detail and comfort working with ambiguity. Experience with ticketing systems or CRM tools is a plus. Understanding of basic accounting principles related to AR is preferred. Willing to work US hours. Must haves.  . Accountant with AR collection experience. Must have an interface with customers thru phone calls. Very detailed so look for activities that can support this.
