We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Trust & Field Security Specialist in the United States.. We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead customer trust and field security initiatives. This role bridges technical security expertise with customer-facing engagements, ensuring the organization’s security, privacy, and compliance posture inspires confidence. You will manage inquiries from prospective clients, support sales and business development, and provide strategic guidance on security matters. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical controls with business objectives, contributing to thought leadership, and enabling scalable customer-facing security solutions. Accountabilities. ·         Scale and enhance customer trust programs, providing self-service access to security, privacy, and compliance information.. ·         Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams, aligning security guidance with business needs.. ·         Represent the organization externally, shaping industry best practices and promoting thought leadership.. ·         Support go-to-market and sales initiatives by translating technical security value into business outcomes.. ·         Collaborate with engineering, legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure accurate, up-to-date security responses.. ·         Analyze and respond to cybersecurity-related RFI/RFP requests with precision and clarity.. ·         Maintain and update security documentation, certifications, and compliance materials.. ·         Identify trends in customer inquiries to enhance proactive communication and continuous improvement.. ·         Support third-party risk assessments and due diligence processes.. ·         Contribute insights on emerging cybersecurity trends to inform product and strategy decisions.. ·         Develop security sales playbooks to equip sales teams with messaging, objection handling, and case studies.. ·         7+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or information security, with horizontal expertise across multiple domains.. ·         4+ years in customer-facing roles, acting as a trusted advisor to senior security and IT leaders.. ·         Deep technical understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection, privacy, and compliance frameworks.. ·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.. ·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.. ·         Effective cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.. ·         Preferred: 8+ years developing scalable customer trust programs, 3+ years in third-party risk management, professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIPP/E, CompTIA Security+), and experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) or data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)..
