This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships with hiring managers, and has a passion for connecting great people with meaningful opportunities. . The Role . We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent Partner to lead recruitment efforts for tech roles across the German market. You will be the go-to expert for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top engineering and product talent, while partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leadership. . You’ll help build high-performing teams in areas such as Software Engineering, DevOps, Data, Product Management, and more — all while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. . Key Responsibilities. . Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for tech roles in Berlin – from briefing to offer stage. . Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and build effective hiring strategies. . Actively source and engage top technical talent using various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, events, etc.). . Build diverse pipelines and promote inclusive hiring practices across all recruitment processes. . Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, and manage them through a smooth, engaging process. . Provide a consultative approach to hiring, including market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent availability. . Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience, bringing in best practices from the market. . 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in the tech sector, with experience in the German market. . Demonstrated success hiring software engineers, product managers, or data professionals. . Solid understanding of the German talent landscape, local hiring norms, and employment regulations. . Proficient with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc. . Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers. . Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environment. . Knowledge of DE&I best practices in recruiting is a plus. . Company Location: United Kingdom.
