IT Support Specialist (Remote - Full-Time, Night Shift) at Remote VA. RemoteVA PH is hiring a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to provide remote support and technical troubleshooting across various platforms, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and RMM tools. This role requires a solid understanding of cloud platforms, scripting, and IT ticketing systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced virtual environment.. Key Responsibilities. -Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants. -Troubleshoot issues in QuickBooks Desktop and Online environments. -Use NinjaRMM and ticketing tools (e.g., Gam Ninja) to monitor and resolve incidents. -Create and maintain IT scripts for automation and task optimization. -Respond to, track, and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs. -Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams and maintain high service standards. -Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and common issues for the knowledge base. Qualifications. -Minimum 2 years of IT support experience. -Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft and Google Workspace issues. -Hands-on experience with RMM and ticketing systems. -Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or others). -Familiarity with accounting software, especially QuickBooks. -Strong communication and remote collaboration skills. -Ability to work night shifts and manage tasks independently.
