This role provides the opportunity to lead and scale the North American sales organization, driving revenue growth across multiple client segments and products. Lead, coach, and grow the North American sales team, acting as a player-coach to motivate and inspire peak performance.. . Drive revenue growth across enterprise, agency, and direct client segments, meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.. . Develop annual and monthly revenue forecasts, and implement strategies to achieve them.. . Own relationships with top-tier clients and prospects, negotiating deals and expanding long-term partnerships.. . Implement best-in-class sales processes and tools for pipeline management, lead generation, demos, and client engagement.. . Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to launch new offerings, develop revenue streams, and optimize campaigns for profitability.. . Analyze performance metrics and optimize sales strategies based on data-driven insights.. . . 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, account management, or business development, preferably in SaaS, digital advertising, or related fields.. .
