Responsibilities. . Deliver outstanding customer service in Danish through phone, email, and chat regarding property management inquiries. . Assist clients with questions about services, property listings, and tenant management. . Effectively handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the efficient resolution of property-related issues. . Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve our services and offerings. . Stay updated on property management trends and regulations to provide knowledgeable assistance. . . Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills. . Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. . Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the property management or real estate sectors, is preferred. . Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide prompt, effective solutions. .
