Operations Analyst. to partner with our client, a fast-scaling sustainable clothing brand that designs and delivers ethically made, organic cotton apparel. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of supply chain logistics, data integrity, and cross-functional communications — ensuring timely, compliant, and accurate product delivery from international partners.. As an Operations Analyst, your success will be measured by your ability to manage inbound shipments, ensure supply chain documentation accuracy, maintain compliance, and streamline cross-team communication. . Here’s how you’ll make an impact:. Shipment Management. . Track and manage inbound sea and air freight shipments from international suppliers.. . Ensure all shipping and customs documentation is accurate and complete.. . Supplier Communication & Coordination. . Liaise with factories in India and Sri Lanka on production timelines, shipment status, and compliance.. . Coordinate with the distribution center and returns processing partner (Happy Returns).. . Data Integrity & Compliance. . Maintain and verify data across systems such as purchase orders, packing lists, and forecasts.. . Support GOTS and Fair Trade compliance by tracking transaction certificates and required documentation.. . Reporting & Analysis. . Generate recurring reports to inform cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.).. . Track item-level costing across seasonal collections and surface cost improvement opportunities.. . Website & Product Operations. . Support product- or campaign-driven updates on the website. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product accuracy and availability. . Process Optimization. . Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current SOPs and propose scalable improvements.. . Support the documentation of repeatable systems that increase team throughput and reduce errors.. . Colleagues. You’ll work closely with the Director of Operations and other cross-functional stakeholders.. To excel in this role, you should have:. . . Experience: . 2–4 years in operations, logistics, or supply chain management. . . Systems: . Familiarity with ERP tools like NetSuite (or similar such as SAP). . . Excel Proficiency:. Strong skills with formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs. . . Communication: . Strong written communication, particularly for email correspondence with overseas suppliers. . . Attention to Detail: . High level of accuracy in data tracking and cross-system consistency. . . Independence. : Ability to manage responsibilities with minimal oversight and proactive problem-solving. . Bonus skills:. . . Industry Experience: . Background in apparel, eCommerce, or consumer goods. . . Technical Experience:. Experience supporting GOTS or Fair Trade compliance. . Understanding of shipping logistics and freight forwarding.. .
