We’re seeking an experienced Provider Network Engagement & Services Director who has experience working for a health plan or digital health point solution company who is motivated, outgoing, has leadership experience, and has a high IQ with healthcare provider relationship management. This role ensures a seamless experience for providers and members by building long-term provider relationships, driving education and communication, maintaining accurate provider data, and ensuring that the member journey from scheduling through post-exam is positive and aligned with OneImaging's standards.. Responsibilities. . Lead a team that will serve as the primary contact for the network of contracted radiology imaging centers and hospitals. . Conduct routine check-ins (quarterly or more frequent based on need). . Monitor provider satisfaction and escalate operational or service issues as needed. . Develop key metrics and KPIs that measure provider satisfaction and track outreaches. . Develop and deliver educational webinars, onboarding sessions, and operational updates. . Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to design provider playbooks, guides, and best practices. . Lead the creation and distribution of a quarterly provider newsletter. . Maintain and validate provider directory information (locations, modalities, hours, contacts, etc.). . Track and address member satisfaction post-visit through surveys and complaint resolution. . Monitor key provider performance metrics (e.g., turnaround times, availability). . Gather and relay provider feedback to internal teams to improve processes, communication, and tools. . Collaborate with tech, credentialing, and network development teams to ensure a consistent provider experience. . Qualifications. . 5+ years in payer/provider relations at a managed care organization. . Experience in leading and managing high perfoming provider service teams. . Knowledge of managed care, radiology/imaging services, and provider workflows. . Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills. . Ability to handle both strategic communication and operational detail. . Experience using CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Asana). .
