Serve as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.. . Provide timely and accurate information regarding our products and services to assist customers effectively.. . Manage customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on delivering satisfying solutions.. . Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and resolution.. .
