Serve as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.. . Provide timely and accurate information regarding our products and services to assist customers effectively.. . Manage customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on delivering satisfying solutions.. . Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and resolution.. . Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experiences.. . Gather and relay customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.. . . Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.. . Experience in customer service or a similar support role is preferable.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer care.. . Ability to solve problems efficiently and work well under pressure.. .
