Provide accurate information about menu options, promotions, and delivery processes.. . Assist customers with placing orders and resolving any issues that may arise during the ordering process.. . Address customer complaints and offer solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.. . Collaborate with restaurant partners and internal teams to facilitate an outstanding delivery experience.. . Stay updated on local restaurant offerings and industry trends to provide relevant insights to customers.. . .
