We are seeking a skilled DBT Developer to design and maintain scalable data transformation pipelines while ensuring seamless data flow across operational tools. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, data analysts, and engineers to deliver accurate, high-performing data solutions that support strategic decision-making. You will optimize pipelines for performance and maintainability, implement reverse ETL workflows with Hightouch, and contribute to robust documentation and best practices. Develop and maintain DBT transformation pipelines and scalable data models. . Implement and manage Hightouch syncs to move data from warehouses to operational tools such as NetSuite or Tableau. . Monitor sync performance and resolve schema, API, or data freshness issues. . Optimize SQL queries and DBT models for maintainability and efficiency. . Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues to ensure timely resolution. . Design and manage ELT/ETL workflows for large-scale data transfers. . Implement and monitor alerting for replication latency and performance. . Create and maintain technical documentation including data flow diagrams, dictionaries, and process documentation. . . 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related field. . Proven hands-on experience with DBT (Cloud or Core). . Experience with Hightouch for reverse ETL workflows. . Strong SQL proficiency, including advanced multi-layer queries. . Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift. . Experience with data modeling techniques including star schema and normalization. . Hands-on experience developing pipelines in cloud environments. . Working knowledge of Python is a plus (Java, JavaScript, or C# also beneficial). . Advanced English communication skills. .
