In these roles, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:. Build and manage automations across platforms such as . N8N, Zapier, and Make.com;. Develop and implement . API integrations. between business tools (e.g., CRMs, landing pages, email platforms, project management tools);. Connect systems such as . CRM, landing pages, and email platforms. into reliable workflows;. Test automations, triggers, tags, and confirmation sequences before and after launch;. Monitor live automations for errors, failures, or performance issues and resolve them proactively;. Manage API keys and system integrations across connected platforms;. Audit systems regularly to identify inefficiencies and improve workflows through automation;. Troubleshoot and optimize system performance when issues arise;. Document systems, automations, and processes through well-maintained SOPs;. Build and deploy . AI agents and AI-assisted workflows;. Implement tools such as . ChatGPT, Claude, and AI nodes within automation platforms;. Create AI-assisted processes for follow-up sequences, reporting, communications, and content drafting;. Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency;. Train team members on new AI tools and automated workflows when needed;.
