We are currently recruiting for customer care roles within a well-established frozen goods company. In this position, you will engage with Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to products and services. As a vital part of the customer care team, you’ll have the chance to contribute to the satisfaction of our clients while working in a friendly and supportive environment.. Your Responsibilities. . Provide high-quality customer service assistance to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.. . Address customer inquiries regarding frozen products and resolve issues in a timely manner.. . Maintain clear and positive communication with customers to ensure their needs are met.. . Document and log customer interactions to improve service quality.. . Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.. . Partake in ongoing training to stay informed about product offerings and best practices in customer service.. . Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.. Must be currently residing in Greece.. In possession of AMKA and AFMI. Enthusiasm for customer service and the retail environment.. Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not essential.. Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition.. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.. A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.. Willingness to grow and develop within the company..
