This role involves managing a variety of critical tasks that span from logistical planning and project management to onboarding new team members and identifying new business opportunities.. Key Responsibilities:. • Project Management: Oversee and execute high-priority projects, including finding rental spaces for demo units, coordinating new application setups, and managing internal process improvements.. • Onboarding & HR Support: Assist with onboarding new team members, ensuring a smooth integration process and maintaining documentation.. • Logistics Coordination: Handle logistical arrangements, such as booking travel, organizing meetings, and managing schedules.. • Special Projects: Take ownership of unique, one-off tasks that require research, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.. • Documentation, processes and knowledge base improvement . • Sourcing and vetting vendors, tech solutions, materials and HR..
