We are looking for a part-time highly organized and experienced Events Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our event strategy, focusing on tradeshows, sponsorships, employee, and VIP events. Location: . Remote / Flexible . Role Overview: . UniUni is seeking a part-time Events Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of external and internal events that drive brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth. This role requires a digitally savvy marketer who understands lead generation, marketing ROI, social media and pre/during and post-event communications and performance analytics. The ideal candidate can think strategically, execute flawlessly, and manage events of all sizes with strong attention to detail. You’ll also support HR-led internal events and work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external partners. . Requirements. Event Strategy & Planning . Identify and recommend trade show, sponsorship, and activation opportunities aligned with UniUni’s growth goals. . Build strategic event plans that prioritize ROI, lead generation, and brand exposure. . Propose creative concepts to elevate impact across in-person and virtual events. . Event Execution . Own end-to-end event logistics: venue selection, vendor management, booth design, shipping, tech setup, event activations (strategy, creation and execution) and more. . Execute both in-person and digital events and webinars from end-to-end. Managing emails, social media, cross-functional teams, RSVP’s and post-event analytics and reporting. . Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all event touchpoints. . Create and manage detailed project timelines and budgets, delivering on time and within scope. . Sales Enablement & Lead Generation . Equip the sales team with pre-event briefings, on-site support, lead capture tools, and post-event follow-up workflows. . Develop event-specific collateral including talking points, booth design (with support from design team), FAQs, signage, and promotional content. . Collaborate with the broader marketing team to promote events through digital channels. . VIP & Customer Events . Plan and manage curated experiences for top customers and prospects. . Handle outreach, RSVPs, and day-of coordination to create memorable, high-impact engagements. . Reporting & ROI Tracking . Monitor event success metrics including leads generated, engagement, and contribution to pipeline. . Compile post-event reports and gather feedback to continuously improve future activations. . Qualifications . Experience . 5+ years of experience in event marketing and management, B2B experience an asset, ideally within logistics/e-commerce industries . Proven ability to execute both large-scale trade shows and intimate client events . Experience with digital tools like Hubspot and Salesforce . Experience creating event strategy . Experience with social media . Skills & Mindset . Comfortable working in a startup style fast-paced, resourceful environment, and wearing multiple hats when needed. . Willing to learn . Open to taking on tasks to support the team when needed . Digitally fluent and experienced with tools like HubSpot, CRM, and event management platforms . Strong grasp of event promotion, lead generation, and marketing ROI . Highly organized with excellent project management, budgeting, and negotiation skills . Confident communicator and cross-functional collaborator . Strategic thinker who can also zoom into details and execute flawlessly . Some knowledge of social media, email marketing, and content writing for events . Process builder who can bring structure and scalability to UniUni’s event approach . Part-time (approx. 15–25 hours/week depending on event calendar). Full time during events . Must be flexible to support event timelines, including occasional travel or evening/weekend availability. .
