As a Presales Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for delivering custom technical solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating closely with sales and customer success teams. You will leverage your technical expertise to address complex use cases, articulate solutions clearly, and contribute to the growth of premium accounts. The position is dynamic, combining client-facing interactions with technical problem-solving, and provides the chance to influence both sales strategy and customer success.. . Accountabilities. As a Presales Solutions Architect, you will:. . Support Account Executives with technical pre-sales calls, emails, and consultative discussions.. . Build, document, and present proofs of concept tailored to prospective customer use cases.. . Communicate technical ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, using written and video formats.. . Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions from pre- to post-sale for new customers.. . Create, maintain, and improve sales collateral, demo accounts, and technical documentation.. . Dedicate approximately 75% of your time to customer-facing deals and 25% to internal documentation and resource development.. . Advocate for leads, ensuring their technical and business requirements are met while facilitating adoption of solutions.. . . The ideal candidate will have:. . 2+ years of experience in roles requiring technical expertise, customer interaction, and problem-solving skills.. . Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to support premium deal closures.. . Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.. .
