Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service in French to clients in the logistics and supply chain sector.. . Receive and process customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.. . Assist customers with order tracking, shipment scheduling, and logistics queries.. . Resolve issues and complaints promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.. . Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services.. . Assist in improving processes by identifying areas for enhancement based on customer feedback.. . . Fluency in French and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.. . Experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.. . Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.. .
