Handle daily administrative tasks to keep internal projects on track. . . Maintain accurate records and perform data checks across our CRM and operational systems. . . Coordinate scheduling for meetings with partners, candidates, and internal team members. . . Assist with contract and document preparation, ensuring everything is organized and up to date. . . Support invoicing and expense reconciliation, flagging any discrepancies. . . Help onboard new contractors and collaborators by collecting documentation and updating records. . . Provide general support across teams, ensuring communications and processes run efficiently. . . What We’re Looking For. . At least 1 year of administrative, operations, or similar experience (a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus). . . Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. . . Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Asana (or similar). . . A proactive, collaborative attitude with clear written and verbal communication skills. . . Ability to follow established procedures and complete tasks accurately and on time. . .
