Our team includes professionals from Yale Law, UCLA School of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, and former White House staff.. The Opportunity. As a Clinical Supervisor at Recover, you will help oversee the clinical staff of our substance use disorder (SUD) treatment programs. You will provide supervision to a team of clinicians to ensure that high-quality, evidence-based care is provided to clients at all stages of their recovery journey. You will collaborate with other leaders within the organization to maintain program quality, compliance with regulatory standards, and the well-being of both clients and staff. This role requires someone with strong clinical expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals struggling with addiction.. Key Responsibilities. . Review and approve diagnoses and assessments with Recover’s clinical staff of therapists, counselors, and case managers. . Ensure that all clinical staff are delivering evidence-based practices in line with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies.. . Treat a partial caseload of SUD clients. . Monitor and evaluate clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.. . . Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.). . 3+ years of clinical experience in addiction treatment or a related field. . 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, managing clinical staff in a behavioral health setting. . Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities for substance use disorder, including but not limited to CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care. . Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation standards. . Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. . Preferred Qualifications. . Bilingual in Spanish and English. . Experience or passion for working with marginalized and underserved populations. . Company Location: United States.
