As a Co-Teacher, you will work alongside Lead Teachers to provide daily, high-impact support to students and the broader learning environment. You’ll play a vital role in the delivery of lessons, provide small group supervision, assist with content development, and ensure every learner is supported and seen.. Key Responsibilities:. . Provide individualised and group support during live online classes (ages 4–12). . . Assist in designing and refining interactive, thematic learning units and resources. . . Supervise small student groups as directed, supporting social-emotional and academic development. . . Offer timely, constructive feedback to students and families. . . Collaborate closely with teachers and colleagues to foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom culture. . . Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. . . Use student feedback and data to inform adaptive support strategies. . . Uphold strong professional ethics and help shape a safe, inclusive digital school.. . ✅ What We’re Looking For. 🎓 . Education & Qualifications. . . A . Bachelor’s degree. in Education or a related field is preferred. . . Experience working in schools, tutoring, early years settings, or youth programs is essential. . .
