Working collaboratively with a regional advisory board and cross-functional partners, you will ensure the effective delivery and expansion of programs that improve outcomes for children and schools. Lead regional financial strategies, including fundraising, earned income, and board development.. . Develop and implement budgets aligned with regional goals.. . Oversee program planning, execution, evaluation, and quality with the regional leadership team.. . Establish and nurture partnerships with schools, districts, community groups, and funders.. . Manage and mentor staff and board members to meet regional objectives through coaching and collaboration.. . Collaborate with national teams and other regional directors to share best practices and promote organizational learning.. . Represent the organization externally, building connections with like-minded institutions.. . . Proven success in fundraising across multiple philanthropy sectors including corporations, major donors, and foundations.. . Extensive experience building relationships with school districts, government entities, and community partners.. . Strong leadership background with experience managing high-performing teams and boards.. . Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders persuasively.. . Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and creativity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.. . Commitment to the mission of improving child and school outcomes through play.. . Deep knowledge of the regional philanthropic and educational landscape.. .
