Provide high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.. . Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electronic devices and components.. . Guide customers through product features and assist them in maximizing their usage.. . Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the support database.. .
