We're looking for a Marketing and Growth Lead to own our entire marketing strategy and drive subscriber growth.. This is an opportunity for a growth-focused marketer to shape how thousands of Australians discover and engage with our brand. If you're passionate about data-driven marketing and think Saturday mornings should start with a quiz & puzzles, we'd love to hear from you!. Define the marketing and growth strategy in collaboration with the founders. . Devise and execute a calendar of marketing activity to deliver on the strategy and drive subscriber growth. . Build and optimise customer acquisition funnels across multiple channels. . Implement and improve on analytics/tracking platforms and use data insights to optimise performance and ROI. . Collaborate closely with development and content teams, and liaise with external contractors. . Develop and execute strategies on subscriber retention and churn. . Report directly to owners on growth metrics, budgets, and strategic initiatives. . Required Skills and Experience. . 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles. . Proven track record of scaling subscriber-based or community-driven businesses. . Hands-on experience with paid social and search advertising. . Proficiency in analytics tools. . Excellent written communication skills with an eye for compelling copy. . Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI. . Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. . Bonus Requirements. . Experience with content subscription businesses. . Knowledge of the Australian media landscape and cultural trends. . Background in community building or audience development. . Knowledgeable with website UX and best practices. .
