
Channel Optimization Manager at Grand Welcome. As the Channel Optimization Manager, you will lead and optimize our performance across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and direct booking platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing OTA relationships, maximizing revenue, improving visibility, ensuring rate parity, and driving booking volume through data-driven decision-making and collaboration with revenue, marketing, and e-commerce teams.. . Responsibilities:. Assist in OTA optimization efforts to ensure above market conversions . . Ensure listings are optimized for content, amenities, and pictures for each channel . . Identify underperforming units and implement tailored optimization strategies (e.g., pricing changes, promotions, content updates). . Track OTA ranking factors and optimize accordingly to improve each unit's search visibility and conversion. . Audit unit-level content (photos, descriptions, amenities, policies) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and conversion potential. . · Manage listing updates and quality scores across OTAs. · Work with marketing or content teams to enhance visual and written assets of individual listings.. . Become expert in Listing Content Software . . Educate markets on how to best utilize channels through seminars, video training, meetings and SOP’s. . Set up and manage promotions and rate plans tailored to specific units based on booking trends, occupancy, and seasonal demand. . · Coordinate with Revenue Management to ensure unit-level pricing aligns with broader revenue strategy. . Maintain and develop relationships with market managers. . Manage tickets and maintain SLA with company standards. . Use data to understand business and market, patterns and trends. . Prepare and manage all necessary listing documentation, disclosures, and ensure compliance with regulations. . . Collaborate with key stakeholders in revenue, BI, technology, sales, franchisee support, and franchise development . . Provide proactive and regular updates to clients regarding showing feedback and marketing activities. . Adhoc projects and assignments as needed . . . Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, business analysis, or equivalent practical experience . . Two (2) or more years of experience in OTA management, OTA optimization, channel management and Marketing in the hospitality industry. . Experience with OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) like Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and others. . Experience with Revenue and Rate Management . . . Exceptional attention to detail . . Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills . . Ability to work in a high-pace environment and apply agile methodologies . . Ability to prioritize and multitask . . Experience with Property Management Systems like Guesty, preferred. . Experience with AI content optimization software like OutRank, Intellihost, and RankBreeze, preferred . .
