Machine Learning & NLP Model Development. . . . Assist in developing, training, and fine-tuning ML and NLP models for tasks like classification, clustering, recommendation, and sentiment analysis. . . Support the deployment of models into production environments in collaboration with engineering teams. . . Conduct feature engineering, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning. . . . . Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA). . . . Use statistical techniques and visualization tools to identify trends, correlations, and insights. . . Provide data-driven recommendations for business strategies and product improvements. . . . . Research & Innovation. . . . Testing & Optimization. . . . Validate models against test data and monitor their performance post-deployment. . . Optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency. . . Support troubleshooting of production issues and suggest improvements. . . . Skills & Qualifications. . . Education. : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). . . . Experience. : Minimum . 1+ year of experience. in data science, with exposure to ML and NLP projects. . . . Technical Skills. : . . . Proficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. . .
