Strong communication and presentation skills. Located in Latin America or Europe. Fluent English. Note: Experience limited to school teaching, HR training, call-center training, or general L&D is not a match for this position.. Responsibilities. Deliver live product training sessions for customers . Walk users through platform features, workflows, and best practices . Create or update simple training guides and materials . Support onboarding and feature adoption . Collaborate with Support, Success, and Product teams to improve customer outcomes. Preferred Experience. Software training or onboarding background .
