Deliver high-quality customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat for aviation-related inquiries. . Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and special requests. . Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to customers. . Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our services. . Stay up-to-date with industry trends and aviation regulations to provide informed assistance. . . Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills. . Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. . Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry, is highly preferred. .
